Crisma Srl delivers its products throughout the national and international territory via Express Courier or Poste Italiane (Pacco Celere). once the order has been placed, management times are from 2 to 5 days. For any other requirement, do not hesitate to contact us.
When the shipment has started, delivery times in Italy range from 24 to 72 hours, for international shipments the delivery times are from 5 to 9 days (Europe)
All products deliveries will be at the risk of Crisma Srl. The risk will be transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the Customer, or to a third party designated by the shipper, the carrier or other agent appointed by Crisma Srl for the delivery.
Crisma Srl can receive, through the website, orders with deliveries all over the world. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the Site and will be viewable and knowable by the Customer before sending the order.
No responsibility, for any reason, can be charged by the Customer to Crisma Srl in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery of the products that are objects of Purchase Contracts determined by causes not attributable to the conduct of Crisma Srl.
Unless a different communication to the Customer by Crisma Srl, the delivery of the products is meant to be at street level. Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by Crisma Srl, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered, also in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, by placing the word ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE on the courier's delivery receipt. In addition, the Customer undertakes to promptly report, and in any case no later than 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery, to Crisma Srl (by sending a message via the Contact page) any and all problems related to physical integrity, correspondence or the completeness of the products received.
In order to deliver the ordered products, the presence of the Customer or his representative in the place indicated by him and on the day of delivery is always required. In case of absence of the Customer (or his representative), the courier will leave a second delivery notice for the next working day and a telephone number to be able to agree on a different delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchase order is considered canceled and the products will return to the Crisma Srl warehouses. In the latter case, Crisma Srl will refund the customer the price of the products not delivered in addition to the shipping cost within 5 days from the return of the products in stock and the relevant Purchase Agreement will be considered automatically and definitively canceled, excluding any further mutual claim, for any reason.
For reasons of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or inevitable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or that cause a significant increase in the delivery cost charged to Crisma Srl, it will entitle Crisma Srl to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases, Crisma Srl will provide a timely and adequate communication of its determinations to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and the latter will be entitled to the refund of the price already paid, excluding any further claim, in any capacity, against Crisma Srl.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days.
IThe right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- Returned Products must be returned in their integrity.
- The returned Products must not have been used.
- Returned Products must be sent to Crisma srl in one shipment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail) to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded for all the payments you have made in our favor, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you have chosen for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund can be suspended until the products are received or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent the products back. We remind you that in the case of partial withdrawal, the delivery costs that will be refunded to you will be equivalent to the delivery costs that you would have paid for the individual product.
